[validator-nu] "ant dist" build fails on mod.schematron.test-schematron target with StringIndexOutOfBoundsException #91

1. Check out the current source of the validator-nu branch of jing-trang.

2. Run "ant dist".
The build fails when building the mod.schematron.test-schematron target.

If you instead check out the trunk and build from that, "ant dist" builds with 
no failure.

Tested with JDK 1.6.0_16 on Linux.

Tried reverting to r2224 but build still fails.
