fix: bump-up of pre-version #38

Currently when we try to release a new pre-version we receive the error An error occurred while running semantic-release: TypeError: Invalid Version: <PACKAGE NAME>@<VERSION>.

@KillianHmyd, I must confess we still don't use this mechanic. So I'm going to cross my fingers and merge it as is.

@davikawasaki, could you take a look?
