wrapper for csharp

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 3, windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.
I used the tessnet for version 2, but would really like to get something for 
version 3. It doesn't seem like there's anyone working on this at the moment.

I assume you mean the wrapper for version 2? It can be found here

Unfortunately, the baseapi has drastically changed from 2 to 3, so it's beyond 
my knowledge to port it.

I haven't really found a need for a csharp wrapper now that Tesseract can 
produced hocr files. Above is a simple library i wrote that makes it easy to 
use Tesseract and generate searchable pdf's based on the hocr file produced. It 
can also create jbig2 compressed searchable pdfs as well.

tessnet2 was created and developed separately from tesseract. It was not part 
of tesseract. For this reason your issue is invalid to tesseract.

Anyway there is IMHO similar project for tesseract 3.0x:
