allheaders.h is not found #416

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open suse 11.3
2. checkout version 549
3. ./configure;make;

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
compilation error: coutln.cpp:26:24: fatal error: allheaders.h: No such file or 
directory

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
revision 549; OS: open suse 11.3

Please provide any additional information below.
Looks like vs2008' makefiles are purposely removed in revision 544.

Did you install leptonica as stated in 
http://code.google.com/p/tesseract-ocr/wiki/ReadMe#Linux?

I've installed leptonica via apt, and the error still occurs.

Did you installed also -dev package?
