Feature adds option to print results to stdout. (great when using 
tessereact.exe for scanning of small documents with other lang like java...)

should remove "modified by AP" in tprintf

This patch needs to be redone before it can be considered. 

Here's a tip when trying to contribute to an open source project: leave out the 
style changes. It needlessly obscures the content of the change.
