Client Effects Missing #175

Only affects multiplayer 1.20.2. Also I thiink camera lock and freeze were broken client side too

Seems to be an issue with Crowd Control app? Reconnecting mid session seems to drop the effects until you restart the app, but all outgoing packets seem okay.. but how would it know to hide the client effects??

Hopefully will resolve itself with MCCC 4.0
