HGT events in plants #109

Hello: This is a great software. If I want to use this software on plants and want to find HGT events from bacteria and fungi, do I have to include plants or just bacteria and fungi in my database .

Example 1: hgtector database --cats fungi,bacteria,plant -o . Example 2: hgtector database --cats fungi,bacteria -o .

Which example should I choose

@sci3 Thanks! I think just bacteria and fungi will be sufficient.

Hello Thanks for developing this tool. Could you please guide how to prepare database to find HGT events in insects coming from plants? Regards
