Revision of BinaRena codebase - 1

Multiple improvements including:

• Can export current view as a JSON file and later load it to resume.
• Can export program log containing important numbers and status.
• Added some flexibility to the dimensionality reduction script.
• Fixed a bug that clears the plot in Firefox.
