问题-切换有序列表的时候，不会按行自动编号 #117

当选择多行的时候，切换有序列表，不会自动编号。

it's expected, I like to use 1. always, so I can exchange lines freely without concerns to manage the line number. Most important, markdown render doesn't depend on the line numbers.
