Installation on linux?

Hi,

I am trying to install it on linux, there is an instruction for linux (first paragraph) but after that you mentioned the conda package is only for macOS. It is not very clear. Would you please clarify?

Dear Mani:

Thanks for your question. For Linux, you have to use the "yml" file to install TEtrimmer. Because TEtrimmer hasn't been packed to conda for Linux (We are working on that). For macOS, my colleague Hang Xue has packed it to conda so you can directly install TEtrimmer from the channel.

Here you can see the difference: Linux installation: mamba env create -f <path to/TEtrimmer_env_for_linux.yml> macOS installation: mamba install qianjiangzhao::tetrimmer
