Hi there I am a Ph.D. student in Prof. Weides's group at the University of Glasgow. Wridhdhisom gave me the task of building the documentation using Sphinx. I have slightly modified the already exisisting doc folder and It seems to work, but there are a few aesthetical changes to do. The only problem I am facing is that the commands given in the index.rst file to fix "maxdepth" do not seem to be read.
Can you review what I have done at the moment and give me some feedback?
