no resonator fit in measure_1D() in spectroscopy.spectrum #11

When using the spectroscopy.spectrum class and setting set_resonator_fit(fit_function='circle_fit_reflection', fit_resonator=True) and then measure_1D() the acquired data set is not fitted.
