The plotting function used by the timedomain scripts is provided by qtlab. In the new qkit core it is no longer available and should be replaced by the usual plotting gui qviewkit, which now also allows to be automatically closed.
Done. The scripts are transported to use (only) h5 files and thanks to @AlexStehli the multiplexed readout also works.
