Migration to py3 for some timedomain drivers/modules #84

We have been correcting some of the drivers and modules for the TD part of qkit to work with python3. We also noticed that some of the code only works for a specific TD setup (like two separate AWGs for control and readout pulses), so we fixed some of it to, at least, work with our current setup (Tabor AWG for readout and control). This is just an initial update, probably we will find more things to change for py3 in the near future.
