Qviewkit manipulation checkboxes #85

The checkboxes in qviewkit for selecting different manipulation options (normalize, dB/linear, etc) do not represent the current state but simply toggle when clicked. I thought this will never be an issue (how should it get out of sync), but if you change between view types (2D/3D/line), then it gets out of sync.

So the box status should be updated according to the selected manipulations.

Also, the checkbox for Point/Line does not display the current status properly.
