Presto experiments

• The experiment classes to use the presto machine https://intermod.pro/products/microwave-platforms
• a tutorial example with most of the basic examples to use those classes

Hi MF*MF,

I'm sorry but in the current state the patch is not at all qkit compatible.

If you want to have it included, please agree to the qkit structure and its mechanisms.

Also please do not simply drop a large set of more or less individual files in one patch.

I have not read through all the files, but I have seen already at several spots, that the code tries to parallel program qkit implementations. This is also not acceptable.

If you want to discuss this, please come to my office.
