(Feature request) increase clickable area for form-toggle button, display on Back #41

Apologies if I'm not logging this in the correct area. In the new search widget there's a toggle button that shows and hides the search area.

I've had a few people say that the search fields have disappeared, not noticing that they have to click on the button to expand the search box again if the want to do a second search. If the clickable area could be expanded to include the entire widget-header section I think that may make it easier for people to find.

Would it also be possible to have the search fields set to display if someone hits the Back button from a centre's page that takes them back to the main search page? The page appears to hide the search field when you're returned to the main search page whether you had the search fields expanded or not on the individual centre page.

I tried implementing something like this when I was working on my own expand/collapse solution but never found the right way to do it. If it is possible to do this I think it may cut down on the confusion with people thinking that the search fields have disappeared.

Sorry about the flood of requests, this should be the last one.
