Hi @felipemartinsCatu , I assume you are referring to the lack of data relating to Analyzer Capacity Minutes. It does not appear that you have this type of entitlement available in your license (only Analyzer and Professional), therefore, there is no activity associated with that type and the values are 0. Closing this as all is working as designed.
