feat: add showLabel toggle so that label can be hidden (a11y) #397

Is this the same location he have the hide label option for the kpi? I think it makes sense if it is in the same place

It's not! I had forgotten that was a thing. It would make sense from a consistency standpoint, but I also feel that it should be closely connected to where you set the label. In the KPI it's under Appearance > Presentation, so it would be in a different tab than the label.
