feat: set a dropdown of chartID options for navigation to a chart #451

In this PR, the action button navigation to a specific chartId has been improved by adding a chartID dropdown. The target sheet available charts have the dropdown options that user can choose to reach to it.

Note: There are still chart options for Hidden-Sheets and charts with calculation condition to hide the data. Charts inside container are counted as container data so there will be no option for its inner charts in the chartId dropdown.
