What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install OpenVPN for Android
2. Import config file
3. Try to connect

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What mobile phone are you using?
Asus EeePad 

Which Android Version and stock ROM or aftermarket like cyanogenmod?
Android 4.3

The device is running official zen ui android ROM, Android 4.3

For some reason even though PIE executable support SHOULD be on all Android 
versions >= 4.1 your platform does not support it. Can you try to the prelease 
version and see if the workaround in there fixes your problem?
