General proof reading of README and demo.py #14

Salut Quentin,

I hope you don't mind but I took the liberty of suggesting some changes to your README file and also the comments in demo.py. Nothing major, but I hope these might help readability for new users like me in the future.

I think you've created something amazing here by the way - my day job is a video producer for South West London TV and I've been looking at ways of automating our workflows with Python for a long time! Since my day job isn't software development it was a big enough effort to learn Python, so the prospect of learning ExtendScript as well just to handle Adobe Premiere Pro wasn't exactly appealing...

I hope I can assist in some way going forwards to support and enhance your wonderful creation.

Hi Peter, Thank you so much for all this tidy-up! Most of the changes are really good, I will correct some small technical parts. Again many thanks for helping pymiere!
