Keep alive for the main connection to Orchestra

In this scenario:

there is a firewall or a proxy server between the Orchestra server and the API Gateway server;
the firewall/proxy has an idle timeout; the connection between Orchestra server and API Gateway server is dropped.

A configurable keep alive time may solve the problem and avoid connection dropping.
