Add Header Component and Renderer

Issue

1. Add sticky header when you scroll down the header should be fixed at top of the scree.
2. Add text animation renderer block which is not editable
3. Add nocopyright image on right side
4. Add "Get Started" button which should scroll down to the "Getting Started Section".
5. Add Github link
