qmk: bump #79

Bumping for ARM64 Sonoma bottle.

The osx-cross ARM and AVR toolchains have now been bottled for Apple Silicon, so now this formula can be too.

Also took the opportunity to tweak the caveats section - it should now only display if qmk.user_home is not set.
