Developer: Load Default Keymap during Info.JSON Preview #262

@TerryMathews requested a feature where one could test default keymaps while in info.json preview mode. This requires popping a new dialog while in info.json and accepting an upload.

This feature would be great to have. I'm working on a custom keyboard right now with a custom, not yet uploaded info.json. Since the recent addition of keymap.json support in the firmware, I'd love to use the configurator to create the keymap.json. The only addition required would be to support loading a keymap.json after loading a custom info.json.
