[Bug] One row of LED stuck in indication mode. #11431

Describe the Bug

When switching between modes of lights, pressing FN1 or FN2 (Anne Key) sometime causes Anne Pro Shrine to stop to work.

Keyboard: Anne Pro 2

Operating system: Linux
AVR GCC version: 5.4.0
ARM GCC version: (15:9-2019-q4-0ubuntu1) 9.2.1 20191025 (release) [ARM/arm-9-branch revision 277599]

Additional Context

I flashed on my keyboard the annepro2_c18_default-layer-indicators.bin keymap and Shrine.
