Update keebio/sinc/rev4 LED mapping

Description

I flipped lines 165 and 166. They were in the wrong order, causing one of the under glow LEDs and the LED under the top right button on the right side of the keyboard to be reversed. This caused LED effects targeting the under glow to turn on the LED on that button and the under glow LED to not follow the effect.
