Migrate RGB Matrix layout for two boards

Description

Moving RGB Matrix config for doio/kb30 and work_louder/work_board to keyboard.json. These are based on my best guesses from looking at the matrix positions and whatever images I could find of the boards. In any case it should be a little easier to fix any issues (for example I don't really know what order the KB30's underglow LEDs are in).
