Remove skipped schema files #23987

Description

With logging enabled, the following files are always printed out

Skipping schema file data/schemas/false.jsonschema
Skipping schema file data/schemas/true.jsonschema

Nothing ive tested seems to fail with their removal, so seems pointless to keep them.
