Add Skyloong GK75 Q2 ANSI keyboard

Description

Skyloong GK75 Q2 ANSI Keyboard is RGB matrix effect keyboard. It supports up to 4 encoders which is can be replaced with switches. It`s ANSI 75% keylayout.
