Remove like_jis keymap.

This is something I PR in the past. I requested its remove to reduce the maintainer's workload.

Description

These are the ones I have created, pull requests, and used in the past. I do not currently use them myself (I keep them locally or customize them with VIA, etc.). For this reason I am simply requesting that they be removed as they are a burden on the maintainer.

The keymap to be remove is as follows
