Not Able to Flash (grayed out) #483

Using the Creator Micro, not able to switch between layers. Wanted to try flashing, but it's grayed out after selecting the flash file. I tried installing the beta version of QMK toolbox as well, same issue. I'm able to use layer 1 and my scroll wheel changes the volume, so clearly my computer recognizes it, just not in QMK.

Windows 11 23H2 OS Build: 22631.4391

I needed to unscrew it from the base then hold down the physical button underneath the board while plugging it in for QMK to recognize it. The flash button appeared and worked in fixing the layer button issue.
