Feature request: Please make this available as a PDF. #153

I want to load this up on my iPad to use while I'm not online. I do a decent amount of programming on planes, for example.

Thanks @guoci . What did you use to generate that? I looked for a generator (for Mac) but came up empty, if I recall.

I have updated the pdf after resolving issues with the navbar hiding some content. @Stokestack I wrote a script to generate that.

@FelixBer probably not. I do not know how to convert a webpage into epub.

Correct. The contents is getting to a point where it makes sense. I will work umon fixing issues over the next couple of weeks, then the pdf will be official released.

@FelixBer : You can grab it here. I really love this book so I made a "toy converter" to convert it to EPUB automatically. Big thanks to the authors for sharing this fantastic book with us for free!
