[feature request] in app feed refreshing - progress bar / percentage done #52

At the moment the app displays the feed names that are refreshed, but:

  1. the text color does not match the selected accent color (maybe a quick fix)

and

  1. there is not really a use seeing the feed names when there are only visible for a split second.

Can we get an optional progress bar or percent of completion when refreshing feeds?

This would make UI a bit cleaner and refreshing process less irritating.
