Changes:

Rename modeler.Attribute to modeler.PrimitiveAttributes
Rename gltf.Attribute to gltf.PrimitiveAttributes
Improve modeler.WritePrimitiveAttributes error handling
Change modeler.WritePrimitiveAttributes parameters to accept a modeler.PrimitiveAttributes to the now defunc modeler.Attributes
