Describe the bug
There was a recent rollout of displaying Shorts on the Home screen; the function “Hide Shorts Cells” within uYou’s settings isn’t compatible with the rollout. Shorts still appear.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Open uYou’s settings (not uYouPlus in YouTube’s settings)
Navigate to YT SETTINGS > Home
Turn on Hide Shorts Cells
Crash log (if the app crashes)
No response
Are you using the newest version of uYouPlus? If not, why?
✅ Yes, I'm using the latest version of uYouPlus right now
Does the issue happen with the official YouTube from AppStore?
❌ No, I can't reproduce this issue in the official YouTube from AppStore
Additional context
I don’t believe that this will probably ever get fixed… The uYou GitHub repository’s issue page has been inactive for quite a long time (last closed issue was 3+ months ago) and the last uYouPlus release was 6+ months ago.
