iSponsorBlock crash workaround #1377

Since latest YT versions enabled iSponsorBlock makes the app crash on iPhones with dynamic island when any video is started. This will spoof the app version to 18.18.2 which apparently fixes the issue.

@PoomSmart This fix did not actually fix anything. Just like many other people I was getting an error even after the fix. And this PR was the only thing that helped so far.

So you did build the IPA from the latest commit of every submodule and test it? Doubt that's the case.
