[v19.13.1-3.0.3] Not Saving/Completing on Sideloaded

Device information

• iOS/iPadOS version: 17.4.1
• Device model: iPhone 13 PM
• Sideload tool (AltStore, Sideloadly, TrollStore, etc.): Signed with my own certificate using Gbox (I stopped using ESign bcoz its full of bugs)

Describe the issue

I tried with 19.12.3 & now with latest (19.13.1), when downloading a video either to folder or camera roll, its not saving. It reaches to 100% and stays there.
