v19.08.2-3.0.3 Hide Remix button are not working? #1389

Describe the issue

When Return YouTube Dislike and hide Remix button are enabled, it doesn't work in YouTube Shorts. They both work in regular videos.

Steps to reproduce

Open YouTube
Enable Return YouTube Dislike and hide Remix button
Close and open the app
Open Shorts

Crash log

The app does not crash.
