Is there an existing issue for this?

Have you read the FAQ?

Device information

Describe the issue

It says: Operation failed The file "App.ipa" doesn't exist.

And when I check the error log it's just empty.

I just installed AltStore for this so it could be faulty installation but yeah I don't know.

Unfortunately, the IPA file has been removed due to Google’s request. To install the app, build it using this guide: Wiki-Building.

Does it means we cannot use background refresh anymore? I found it refuses to refresh recently and I have to manually build the ipa every time.

I'm not sure, I built an older version of the IPA before Google took it down, and refreshing has worked perfectly fine on my phone.

I wish I could help but the only suggestion I can give would be to try Trollstore since I've heard that side loader doesn't require refreshing. I haven't tried it but it's worth a shot.

Yes I just tried. Background refresh is still possible, just we cannot update it anymore without compiling the new version.
