Sideload tool (AltStore, Sideloadly, TrollStore, etc.): AltStore

Describe the issue

I can’t enable uYouPlus notifications, trying to do so in YouTube settings just sends you to the settings app.

Steps to reproduce

Go to YouTube settings, Notifications
Look

❌ No, I cannot reproduce this issue in the official YouTube app from the App Store

you cannot use notifications when you signed your app without the notification entitlement, as you evidently did by using altserver to sign, not a bug, just you not researching
