Compilation fails because no README file

I'm installing from kbdd-git from AUR and get next error: Makefile.am: error: required file './README' not found

Workaround: I've manually copied README.rst to README and it compiled successfully.

Added readme file in: 087cbab

I don't know how to make autotools use README.rst instead of README on the toplevel ATM. If there will be better solutions, I'll use them
