Fix for vault response: "vanilla" option broken #55

Selecting "vanilla" for this fix option appears to get the same result as the default fix.

Fixed on next branch, though this is in the process of removing vault response as a distinct option. (Fixed so that disabling "general fixes" correctly disables the vault response fix)
