Timeline scrolling #31

It's possible to scroll a little bit above the timeline. Current cause is unknown. It's also possible to scroll past the end of the timeline, making it seem as if you can't drag anything past that point.

Scrolling below the bottom of the timeline is now fixed. Cause of scrolling above is unknown and not fixed.
