UX lacks hotkeys #54

Things like adding new layers, moving through the timeline, adding keyframes, changing the view mode, etc. These should definitely have global (i.e. whether the canvas, timeline or properties are focused doesn't matter) keyboard shortcuts.

The stick editor now has hotkeys for switching tools as of 6ba524c
