Update on Indexing

• added possibility to call evaluate and scale on individual hilbertspaces using the "h" keyword arguments
• increased the speed of evaluate, evalME and subst_reds
• added/adjusted tests accordingly
• fixed a bug, where it was possible to create QAdd objects containing only zeros
