RDS Aurora metrics support #46

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'm currently setting up monitoring and I have lots of RDS Aurora clusters, so some of the metrics like storage are not working properly, or do not exist.

I'm currently using Prometheus cloudwatch exporter for that.

As discussed in https://github.com/qonto/prometheus-rds-exporter/issues/32#issuecomment-1828630355, We don't support AWS RDS Aurora yet, mainly because we're not Aurora users and need to know which metrics are relevant.

If anybody has production experience or recommendations and can be a beta tester, we'll be happy to work on this (we are also open to pull request ;)).
