processed https://github.com/qooxdoo/qooxdoo-cli/issues/54 and https://github.com/qooxdoo/qooxdoo-cli/issues/55 if you use qx lint --fix

Most of this changes are suggestions from eslint. First i did was lint over the qooxdoo-cli project. If there are too much changes i can close the PR and build a new one with only the needed changes.
