Use \#{} for variables format #15

Qooxdoo uses the format ${<variable>} for its own internal workings, but this is the format that the docsify-variables plugin uses for defining its own variables.

This PR replaces docsify-variables plugin with a rewrite with 2 main diferences

It proposes a new format #{<variable>} to avoid any overlap between qooxdoo documentation and docsify variables.
The plugin only handles JSON files. As this plugin is intended to be used only for this repo, there is no need to parse XML files.
